It was very confusing! Starting with the LCD, to the mode, focus and the zone, everything feels new. I don't expect the photography for DSLR make person like me even worst.

With Canon 400D and 38 76mm lens, I try to understand the important part of the body, understanding the mechanical's behavior and get some advise from the seniors of DSLR.
First thing after I get my first DSLR, I borrowed a book titled "Canon DSLR" and I help me a bit to understand the aperture, shutter speed, flash, mode, and even some trick of camera's effect.

But, after I explore the gear of mine very well, I start to think that 10.1mp seems to lame for photography, and from that, I learn to be creative person - photoshop!
But I never new that photoshop effect was the most worst "enemy" to photographer, by claim that it scratch the natural value of the photo. Hm? I just dont get it...

Study some of the photogrpher's behavior, I manage to make my photo more improve from before. Sharp image, low ISO with stay still handheld (in 10 snap of lower ISO handheld, I got 4 to 5 blur photo T___T) and make some trial an error for manual focus. But then I realize that the lens that I use was not very wide, I notice that the shortest focal length of my lense only 38mm, which is not all the subject near me "get in" the frame..So the "Lens Survey" story begun...

Starting with online store, first thing make me very shocked was the price of the lens. One lens could make me buy another 2 EOS body! Then, I realize that photography was very serious matter.

"How I make my kit lens more wide?" I keep asking those to myself. Fortunately, I "accidently " chit chat with the professional and giving some price advice about the lens. There I been introduce by Third - Party Lens (more cheaper than original but still "hot" in price). But one thing that I assume for my question answer was "wide angle filter", shortened the focal view, make it wide view...So I guess the problem now is money and time..

I try practice again and again with my EOS 400D canon, and hope that I will not screw up my cousin wedding - I'm in charge to be their wedding photographer- Good luck to me~~
